We have developed an interactive framework, CAKE that supports culture transformation in teams and organisations using applied storytelling. The eight slices take participants through a process, supported by animation and video. Central to the process is creating brave spaces, sharing stories, reflecting and agreeing action plans to embed sustainable practices that create cultures of collective care. We offer practical, interactive and creative workshops and bespoke packages that are delivered by skilled facilitators. We use creative approaches and compassionate facilitation, offering a range of tools that help to: build relationships, create a sense of belonging. Our approach enables individuals to challenge existing practices, as well as finding joy and meaning at work.
